This Privacy Policy explains what information ILLOGICAL SDN. BHD. (registration no. 1377023-X), trading as Illogical Games ("Illogical", "we", "us"), collects when you play TINDIH - Stack Slab Into Tower ("Tindih" or the "Game"), our stacking game on TikTok Minis, how we use it, and the choices you have. Tindih runs inside the TikTok app, so TikTok's own Privacy Policy also applies to your use of TikTok.
Your TikTok account identifier. When you open Tindih, TikTok gives the game a one-time login code. Our server exchanges it with TikTok for an identifier that is specific to Tindih (TikTok calls it an "open ID"). We use it only to connect your game progress to your TikTok account, so it is the same on every phone. We do not receive your TikTok password, phone number, email address or contacts.
Your TikTok display name, only if you choose to show it. On the leaderboards you can choose to show your TikTok display name. TikTok asks for your permission first. If you allow it, we read your display name and show it next to your scores. You can hide it again at any time, and you are then shown under a randomly generated name. If you never choose to show it, we never read it.
Game data. Your best scores, perfect stacks, saved towers (their shapes and colours), gem balance, purchases, whether you have bought No Ads, tutorial and tip progress, and how many runs you have played since your last ad. This is kept on your device in TikTok's storage for mini games, and in our cloud storage so your progress survives a new phone or a reinstall.
Gameplay records for fair leaderboards. When a run finishes, the game sends its score together with a record of each tap in that run: when it happened, where on the screen it was, where the moving slab stopped, and the timing of that frame, along with your screen size. We use these records only to check that leaderboard scores were played genuinely. A run that fails the check is not posted, and a note of it is kept on your game account.
Purchases. Gems and No Ads are bought with TikTok Beans through TikTok's payment system. We receive the order details and whether the order was paid, so we can deliver what you bought. We never receive your card or other payment details.
Advertising. Tindih shows ads served by TikTok: ads between runs, and ads you choose to watch for a reward. TikTok may collect information about your device and your interaction with ads to show and measure them, as described in TikTok's Privacy Policy. We receive only summary statistics about ads, not information that identifies you.
Technical information. When the game connects to our service providers, they process technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system and app version, as needed to provide their service. TikTok also gives us summary statistics about the game, such as how many players started it, how long it took to load and how often players return.
What we do not collect. Tindih does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it does not use any analytics or advertising tools other than those provided by TikTok.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the game you asked for, our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and fair, and your consent for showing your TikTok display name.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. They are required to protect it.
We keep your game data for as long as you play, and until you ask us to delete it. Daily and weekly leaderboards reset on their own; the all-time leaderboard keeps its scores until you ask for deletion.
You can hide your TikTok display name from the leaderboards at any time in the game. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your game data by emailing admin@illogicalgames.com. Tell us your TikTok username, or the name shown for you on the leaderboards, so we can find your data. We will reply within 30 days. Deleting your data removes your saves, gems and leaderboard entries, and cannot be undone. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to some uses of your information or to complain to a data protection authority.
Tindih is not directed at children. It is for players aged 13 and over, or 16 and over in the European Economic Area, and TikTok's own age requirements also apply. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Your gem balance and purchases can be changed only by our server, not by the game on your device. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be announced in the game.
